Cancellations, Exchange & Return


Most of our handcrafted pieces are made on order.

If you have changed your mind after placing an order, you can feel free to exchange or cancel your order with us.

However, we would be able to accept your order change or cancellation requests within 24 hours of placing an order.

The next day, your order is sent for production hence exchange or cancellations request would not be accepted.

Still, If you have ordered the wrong size, we would be happy to offer an exchange. Please note that exchange or returns would be acceptable strictly within 10 days of product delivery.

You will need to go through the following steps:

1. Inform us about the issue.

2. Return the piece at our studio. Return shipping charges will be borne by you.

3. Once the unused product is received at our end, we will issue you a credit note (after deducting the applicable shipping charges).

4. You can then use the credit note to place a new order or choose the correct size.



If the style doesn't suit you, we can offer you a one-time use store credit voucher valid for 3 months provided the piece is unworn and intact with all the tags and labels.

If you would like to return any of the items purchased please contact our team within 10 days of delivery with the following information:
Order number
- Delivery address
- Specify the reason for return and in case of a defective or incorrect product, please send us an image of the item

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable and will not account for the amount of the store credit voucher.
